We at Trendz International take our responsibility to the community seriously. We are dedicated to provide premium merchandise and service to our clients. As an integral part of our corporate culture, we place a great deal of importance on the quality of people behind those products.

We strive to operate safely, protect our workers and deal ethically with our stockholders, partners and the public. We maintain written policy that comply with local and International law:

1. Wages, Pay Slips, Attendance: Company maintain minimum wages as per local law, duly paid with pay slips.

2. Child Labor: Child labor is strictly prohibited in the factory, as well as any kind of Forced or Bonded Labor.

3. 6. Health, Safety & Welfare: Trendz International has an appropriate health, Safety and welfare policy and that a structure and arrangements are in place to ensure the policy is implemented.

Trendz International committed to continually improving health and safety standards and performance. To this end we endeavour to ensure that all relevant statutes, regulations and codes of practice are complied with. The minimum standards that are adopted by the company are those required by law, although we will always seek to exceed these where there is a demonstrable benefit.

Conserve natural resources like water and energy for sustainable development, and adopt environmentally safe processes. Ensure appropriate treatment of all effluents prior to discharge, to prevent pollution or degradation of environment. Ensure appropriate communication and cooperate with internal and external interested parties on environmental issues. Create awareness on environmental issues among our employees and suppliers. Adopt modern waste management technology.

Effluent Treatment Plants ( ETP ): This is a common presumption that Industrial discharge pollutes the surrounding environment. This is not true for Trendz International We at Trendz International are proud to have a State of the Art ETP with zero discharge.

Employee welfare:

1. In-house medical facility for workers and their families. All workers enjoy free health care facility. Trendz International have full time doctor and nurse to look after the employees’ medical needs including a Child care center.

2. Pick and drop facility from different places.

9. Prayer room: Ladies and Gents have separate prayer rooms.

11. Drinking water: Purified drinking water outlets ensure the quality of water that is supplied to our employees as per WHO standards.

12. Paid Maternity: Paid Maternity leave benefit for 16 weeks.

13. Fire Equipment: We have sufficient fire equipment and trained fire fighting team.

14. Fire Drills: Fire drills are done on a regular basis.

15. First Aid Box: For every 150 workers Trendz International have a first aid box and a trained first Aider.

We have built state of the art facilities, primarily keeping all health and safety issues in mind. We have installed systems that nullify the risk of short circuits / fires in the workplace. Smoke detectors are installed in all areas of the factory. We also have our own fire fighting water hydrant system.

Emergency exits are fitted with panic devices to ensure speedy and unhindered evacuation should the need ever arise. All emergency exits are kept unlocked during working hours.
